​This course will start off lightly, giving you simple techniques to focus the mind, slow down the brain wave patterns and relax the body. Each week new techniques will be added, increasing in intensity as your mind becomes sharper and stronger. You will learn, construct and use affirmations and positive mental rehearsal to change your subconscious thought pattern, breaking away from the habits of the past and forming a new reality. You will learn and practice Sensations Meditations to build self-awareness, increasing the distance in between a stimulus and your response to that stimulus.  Other techniques included Mindful eating and walking, One-Pointed, Mantra, Yoga Nidra meditations, Qi Gong breath work, Increased Oxygen Uptake breath work and finish off with Cold Exposure therapy. Topics included, anger, anxiety, the biological body, guilt, failure, habits, how thought effects matter, stress, worry and more. You will also be given tips on how to deal with these types of items.
