4 WEEKLY SESSIONS
60 MINUTE DURATION
In this course you will be taught a lot of stuff about anger and your thought processes. You will receive information about:
Physiological and Emotional cues of anger
Self-Destructive Beliefs & their Alternatives
Resentment and how to stop it eating you up
Assertiveness verse Aggressiveness
Behaviors which would be considered as Emotional and or Relationship Abuse
You will also be practicing concentration, relaxation and meditation techniques to reduce your negative reactions to the stressors in your environment. These techniques will build self-awareness, emotional stability and allow your logical brain time to process your thoughts and feeling in a calm rational manner.
