In response to the added stress that the COVID-19 situation brings to many of us, I have created a new 4-session Stress Management and Wellbeing Programme. I’d like to share with you here, information on the benefits and details of what will be taught and covered.
Who is the program for?
Businesses with as little as 3 employees and up to large corporates with 50+ staff can access the program on our exclusive corporate rates. If you join the program as a business, you not only get the peace of mind your staff’s well-being and mental health is being nurtured, but we can also offer you a competitive rate for the programme for each employee that gets more cost effective the more employees that join. Best of all, you can nominate 1 director or senior manager to join the program for free if you have 6 or more staff join.
Small Business Bonus: If you have less than 20 employees, we can even open the program up to partners and family members of your team as the home environment has never been more impactful to our work and performance than ever before.
Benefits to Participants
They will become more productive. Using time management principles, you will become more productive and be able to prioritize work and home activities more efficiently.
Workplace conversations will become more meaningful. Learn to iron out concerns more effectively, by having regular meaningful conversations with their manager/employer.
Become a better listener. Their communication skills will be enhanced, through active listening methodology.
Better health - and who doesn’t want that? Overall, they can expect to benefit from improved health, a stronger immune system, and an ability to concentrate for longer periods of time. We will help them achieve this, through exercise and eating plans, limiting the intake of stimulants and the management of sleep.
Limit and filter out negativity. We will provide them with techniques to limit negative bombardment and ways to create positivity, enjoyment, and laughter.
All participants will receive information on how to communicate assertively, reducing feelings of stress and resentment in self and others.

Gain back their own time at work. Free up time for creativity and learn the art of delegation where possible.
Overall, they will be taught focusing, relaxation and meditation techniques enabling them to remain calm and in control in a variety of testing environments.
The Program - Overview
Programme is delivered personally, one on one, currently running over Zoom.
One session fortnightly over eight weeks.
Each session is 60 minutes.
Sessions are adapted to suit the individual’s concerns and needs.
All participant information is kept confidential.
Electronic handout is provided at the end of each session.
Facilitator will check in with participants in non-session weeks, to check in on progress.
Facilitator personally contactable for questions during complete program duration.
Investment for individuals: 4 fortnightly sessions = $400 total for the complete program
Employer initiated sessions for their staff = negotiable
